1.  Flat Belt Pulleys:

Manufactured in light, medium and heavy patterns. Size ranges from 4 inch to 30 inch. Any odd series can be manufactured within Short period. Drum type pulley is also produced.

2.  V-Belt Pulleys:

Available in medium and heavy quality. Size ranges from 1½ to 40 inches. Any Odd series can be manufactured within short time.

Capacity:

  • Monthly production is of 50 ton.

  • Casting as per IS 210, 20 grade.

  • Inbuilt workshop with all necessary machineries

  • Casting up to 1000 kg can be mould.

Facility:

  • Machining Facility is available.

  • Our casting is as per I.S./B.S. standard.

  • Necessary reports regarding Chemical Composition, Tensile/Hardness/Microstructure can be provided.

  • Branches at Rajkot and Mumbai.

We purchase cast iron scrape.
